Our Team

Mindy is a graduate of Marvel Beauty School out of London, Ontario. She has been a stylist for over 25 years and returned to Stratford after living and working in Toronto for 17 years. She couldn’t be happier being back home and being closer to her friends and family. Mindy places high value on listening to her clients and understanding their needs. She sees the benefits of the team atmosphere Expressions promotes and how it guarantees all clients feel taken care of. She loves the creative aspect of hair design for all ages, male, female and strives to let her clients feel at home in her chair. 

A passionate hairstylist, Allison graduated from the Festival School of Hairstyling in Stratford, Ontario in 2023. She loves working with all hair types, with a special passion for curly hair. From creating customized curly cuts to teaching clients how to style and embrace their natural texture, she's dedicated to helping people feel confident in their curls. 

Outside of the salon, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and three kids, making the most of every moment together.

Keely joined the Expressions team in the spring of 2014 after graduating from the Festival School of Hairstyling. Since then, she has continued to love helping people feel confident and beautiful through their hair.

With a true passion for the industry, Keely enjoys connecting with her clients and bringing their hair goals to life. Working in such a creative and inspiring space allows her to elevate her craft while building meaningful relationships along the way.

Outside of the salon, Keely loves spending time adventuring with her partner Ethan and their dog, Scarlett.

“Hair has always been a passion of mine. Ever since I was a little girl, watching my mom—who has been a hairstylist for over 30 years—I knew this was the path I wanted to follow.”

Keely feels grateful to be part of such an amazing team, and says working alongside supportive coworkers makes coming into the salon something she looks forward to every day.

Paige has been with the Expressions team since January 2016. She is a graduate from Festival School of Hairstyling and is proud to be a fully licensed hair stylist. Paige loves to put her creative mind to work on the latest hairstyles and trends with continued growth in cutting, colouring and blonde techniques. Her passion for hair has always been a huge part of her life, so coming to work every day is a pleasure. 

Making people feel and look their best is a rewarding experience that never feels like a job. 

She is so happy to be part of the Expressions family.

With over 20 years experience in the beauty industry, Sara was excited to join the Expressions team in 2018. She started her career with reception and retailing responsibilities. Building upon her love of makeup, she continued to work while educating in the esthetics field and finally attended the Festival School of Hairstyling. Her passion for continuous learning fuels each skill set and embraces the ever changing beauty trends. 

She finds that the creativity of hairstyling brings rewards – not just beautiful, wearable hair for her clients, but also the joy of helping them feel their most fabulous self!

Dani has been in the beauty industry since graduating from Marvel Beauty School in 2015. After working in downtown London, she joined our team in 2019 and has been helping clients feel their best ever since. She loves keeping up with the latest trends and bringing creativity into every appointment. Dani is all about self expression and works with each client to create a look that truly fits their style and personality. 

When you sit in her chair, you can expect a relaxed, friendly experience and a stylist who genuinely cares.

Kenzie started working at Expressions in July 2022. She graduated highschool in 2021 where she completed 4 years in the cosmetology program at Stratford District Secondary School. Discovering her passion for hair in High School, Kenzie continued into the Hair Stylist Program at Festival School of Hair Styling in Stratford. She graduated in July 2022 and began working at Expressions. Kenzie became a fully licensed stylist July 2024. 

Kenzie enjoys all aspects of hair and loves the transformation that happens behind the chair and seeing people leave with a smile and confidence.

Avery has been part of the Expressions team since July 2020 and a graduate of the Festival School of Hairstyling here in Stratford since May 2024. Currently working to complete her apprenticeship at the salon, she enjoys all aspects of hairstyling, with a passion for creating beautiful, dimensional colour transformations. 

More than anything, Avery's goal is to make sure every client leaves with a smile, feeling confident and beautiful!

Dori has been a stylist since 2013 and began her career with Expressions at its original Albert Street location. After many years working independently, she rejoined the team in the summer of 2024 and is thrilled to once again be part of such a talented and supportive group. Dori specializes in lived-in colour and haircuts for men, women, and children. 

She is passionate about creating looks that suit each individual and warmly welcomes all clients to her chair.

 Heather has been a professional hairstylist since 1998, with a passion  for hair that began in childhood—starting with her dolls and soon  extending to friends and family. Over the years, she has built a loyal  and dedicated clientele through her skill, creativity, and warm  approach.

A graduate of the Stratford School of Hairstyling,  Heather has continued to refine her craft with numerous certifications  in cutting, colouring, and makeup. She remains committed to lifelong  learning and regularly pursues advanced education to stay current with  the latest trends and techniques.

Outside the salon, Heather  enjoys spending time with her beloved cats, tending to her garden,  traveling with her husband, and indulging in wine tastings and dining  experiences.
