 Wendy has been a stylist at Expressions for over 18 years. Wendy is passionate about the hair and beauty industry and feels that communication is the key to having a great salon experience. Wendy has the ability to find the delicate balance between fulfilling each client’s styling desires while maintaining an open forum for self-expression. Wendy's priority is exceeding her clients’ expectations!  When Wendy isn’t in the salon taking care of her clients, she is taking care of her family.  She loves the balanced life of being at home and at the salon!   

Andrea has been a licensed hairstylist for over 15 years and has loved being a part of the Expressions team since 2009. She is creative by nature, and passionate about making your appointment a personalized experience. Her hope is to give you a haircut or colour that is a reflection of your personal style but also works with your hair needs. Andrea is a people person and she prides herself in her attention to detail as well as the art of conversation and making her clients feel comfortable and welcome in her chair.

Mindy is a graduate of Marvel Beauty School out of London, Ontario. She has been a stylist for over 25 years and returned to Stratford after living and working in Toronto for 17 years. She couldn’t be happier being back home and being closer to her friends and family. Mindy places high value on listening to her clients and understanding their needs. She sees the benefits of the team atmosphere Expressions promotes and how it guarantees all clients feel taken care of. She loves the creative aspect of hair design for all ages, male, female and strives to let her clients feel at home in her chair. 

 Allison has been in the salon industry since 2015 when she took the position as Receptionist at Expressions. In October 2021 Allison enrolled in the Hairstylist program at Festival School of Hair Design here in Stratford. She graduated  in May 2023 and is now our newest apprentice at Expressions! Allison loves all aspects of hair but loves working with curly hair and teaching people how to love and embrace their curls! You can still find Allison behind the desk a few days a week but she is loving her few days behind the chair as she grows in this new aspect of her career.

Paige has been with the Expressions team since January 2016. She is a graduate from Festival School of Hairstyling and is proud to be a fully licensed hair stylist. Paige loves to put her creative mind to work on the latest hairstyles and trends with continued growth in cutting, colouring and blonde techniques. Her passion for hair has always been a huge part of her life, so coming to work every day is a pleasure. Making people feel and look their best is a rewarding experience that never feels like a job. She is so happy to be part of the Expressions family.

With over 20 years experience in the beauty industry, Sara was excited to join the Expressions team in 2018. She started her career with reception and retailing responsibilities. Building upon her love of makeup, she continued to work while educating in the esthetics field and finally attended the Festival School of Hairstyling. Her passion for continuous learning fuels each skill set and embraces the ever changing beauty trends. She finds that the creativity of hairstyling brings rewards – not just beautiful, wearable hair for her clients, but also the joy of helping them feel their most fabulous self!

Keely started with the Expressions team spring of 2014. She graduated from the Festival School of Hairstyling and has continued to enjoy helping people feel beautiful! She has a passion for the industry and a love for meeting clients and helping them achieve there hair dreams! Working in such an amazing space, helps her bring hair to the next level, as well as connections with her clients. When she is not in the salon, she spends her time going on adventures with her partner Ethan and two Goldens, Lola & Scarlett.

Dani graduated from Marvel Beauty School in 2015 and worked in downtown London, Ontario before joining our team in 2019. She is passionate about staying current with the newest trends and applying her artistic talent. She strongly believes in the beauty of self-expression and assists each individual in achieving the look they desire. Dani enjoys building relationships and getting to know her clients on a personal level.

Kenzie started working at Expressions in July 2022. She graduated highschool in 2021 where she completed 4 years in the cosmetology program at Stratford District Secondary School. Discovering her passion for hair in High School, Kenzie continued into the Hair Stylist Program at Festival School of Hair Styling in Stratford. She graduated in July 2022 and began working at Expressions as one of their apprentices. Kenzie enjoys all aspects of hair and loves the transformation that happens behind the chair and seeing people leave with a smile and confidence.
