All clients will be screened and given a questionnaire to ensure you meet criteria to attend your appointment. If you are feeling unwell, have a cough or fever please call and reschedule.
We will only have half our staff in the salon at a time to ensure proper distancing. Our schedule and opening hours have changed to reflect this.
Hand sanitizer is available throughout the salon. Please use it upon arrival and as needed during your appointment.
Coffee, tea and water will not be served at this time. If needed, please bring your own.
Masks are required for customers as well as staff at all times.
Please note, a mask with ears loops is best for hair services.
Please arrive right at your appointment time to the front entrance to the salon. Parking is still available at the rear of the salon, but please walk around the building through the garden to enter. Please wait outside the front door and one our staff will welcome you into the salon.
Please come alone to your appointment. This will help limit the number of people in the salon at a time.
No walk ins available at this time. Please call 519-271-0922 to book your appointment. If you are looking to purchase product, please call the salon and we will be happy to help you and can arrange pick up.
Our method of payment right now is by DEBIT or CREDIT CARD. Please try and limit the number of belongings you bring into the salon.
